LUBRIKO Misc. Grease
GP40 - Polysiloxane
Highly resistant to oxidation, heat decomposition, breakdown due to shear and corrosion. resists thinning out, bleeding and evaporation over a wide temperature range. Compatible with plastic and most organic rubbers. Typical applications include ball bearings, oven conveyors, packaging and valves exposed to extreme chemical environments.
SG41RP - Silicone
Resistant to heat and radiation. Excellent stability when in contact with water, most corrosive media and under vacuum. A superior grease for lubrication of ball bearings and other types of bearings in very high temperature environments. Excellent for lubrication of transmissions and oven conveyors.
SG133 - Lithium/Silicone
Superior lubricant for ball bearings and moving parts operating under severe weather conditions or working at extremely high and low temperatures. Excellent for greasing precision equipment (aircraft switches, photographic devices, geophysical instruments) and bearings which must operate at the same speed from very low to very high temperatures.
SG144 - Lithium Silicone
Specially developed for low temperature or very high temperature lubrication of ball bearings, gears and other similar applications. Excellent for lubrication of transmission chains, gears, etc. at very low temperatures. Permanent lubrication for household appliances and other equipment not serviced on a regular basis. Conforms to MIL-L-15719A specifications.
SG155 - Lithium Silicone
Developed for dynamic lubrication of the rubber to metal parts of pneumatic systems. Its chemical formulation allows for a slight swelling of rubber parts, ensuring a tight seal. excellent for the lubrication of toroidial joints and seals in the automotive industry. Superior lubricant for rings on metal shafts. Conforms to MIL-G-4343C specifications.
UR2 - Polyurea
A high temperature, multi-purpose grease that provides excellent water resistance; oxidation and fretting resistance; low soil separation while service and good pumpability characteristics. Can be used safely in contact with various elastomer seal materials including Neoprene, Hytrel and Viton. Helps extend machine part life and offers long-term lubrication protection. effective in “sealed-for-life” bearings, paper mill applications, air conditioner unit bearings and a variety of applications.
